Shi Yiting, born on October 17, 1997 in Guiyang County, Chenzhou City, is a Chinese disabled track and field athlete who plays for the Hunan Provincial Disabled Athletics Team.
In March 2010, Shi Yiting represented Qinglan Central School in Guiyang County to participate in the Guiyang County Primary and Secondary School Athletics Games and won the women’s high jump gold medal.
In 2011, she won the women’s high jump gold at the Guiyang County Primary and Secondary School Athletics Games.
In 2012, she won the 4th place in the women’s 800-meter race at the Guiyang County Primary and Secondary School Athletics Games.
In 2013, Shi Yiting joined the Hunan Provincial Disabled Athletics Team.
In September 2015, she won the women’s T36 Class 100m and T36 Class 200m golds in the athletics competition at the 9th China Paralympic Games and 6th China Special Olympics.
In September 2016, Shi Yiting won the women's T36 Class 200m gold at the The 2016 Rio de Janeiro Paralympic Games.
In July 2017, she won the championship in the women's T36 class 100m event at the 8th World Para Athletics Championships.
On July 18, she won the championship in the women's T36 200m race at the 8th World Para Athletics Championships.
In August 2021, Shi Yiting won the women’s T36 class 200m gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games.
In September, Shi Yiting won the women's T36 100m championship at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games and broke the world record.
In October, Shi Yiting won the women’s T36 100m and T36 200m golds at the 11th Paralympic Games and 8th Special Olympics of the People's Republic of China.
In October 2023, he was selected as an athlete for the Chinese sports delegation's track and field events at the 4th Asian Para Games in Hangzhou.
On May 20, 2024, at the 11th World Para Athletics Championships, Shi Yiting won the women's 100m T36 final gold with a time of 13.35 seconds, breaking the world record.
On August 16, she was selected for the Chinese sports delegation for the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games.
On September 1, she won the gold medal in the women's T36 class 200m final of athletics event at the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games.
